James Swede is a founding partner of Darlingtons and is senior partner and head of the property department. He qualified in 1995 and specialises in all aspects of property law in particular conveyancing, residential development and commercial investment. James is particularly well known for his work for property dealers and traders where time is often of the essence and has a reputation for concluding such transactions efficiently and speedily.Many of his clients have grown with him and James takes pride in the integral role he pays in his clients’ businesses.
James has 2 young sons , is an ex county table tennis player who still plays at local level and has a passion for Chelsea Football Club .
