How it works and online service commitment:
All of our online document services feature an initial fixed fee legal review by one of our solicitors for the price detailed below. We will evaluate the document draft you initially supply to us, and in many cases, subject to a maximum of 2 telephone discussions or emails, you may proceed to finalise your own document.
In the event the matter proves more complicated and we have completed the limited retainer detailed above but there are complications or unresolved issues, we will suggest a further course of action, advice and price and you will then have the option whether to proceed with your document against our advice or to instruct us to undertake legal work. In all cases the charge for work on documents and/or advice initially commenced on this site will be 33% cheaper than our usual charge for instructions otherwise received.
