Kezia qualified as a solicitor in 2005 specialising in Immigration, Human rights and nationality law.
Kezia’s practice incorporates all areas of immigration such personal immigration applications as well as Business immigration such as sponsorship licence applications, compliance and auditing as well as illegal working.
Kezia has vast experience in acting for private individuals and businesses advising them on the ever complex changes within Immigration law.
She also advises individuals under Tier 1 for both investors and entrepreneurs, Tier 2 general and ICT applications under the Points Based System; Student applications; PBS dependants, Partners and family applications as well as Article 8 family and private life applications. Likewise she advises on EEA applications, deportation and removal, domestic violence and Human Rights Applications.
Kezia has acted before the First Tier Tribunal and generally also advises on Appeals and Judicial Reviews as well as Court of Appeal matters. In addition she has represented individuals before the First Tier Tribunal and administrative review. She has presented seminars and talks on the changes within Immigration and how this affects both individuals and businesses.
She has been practising for more than 10 years and therefore is fully equipped to assist and advise on all immigration related matters.
